Chaunsanette Courtney is the founder of T.A.S.F. (Take A Step Forward), an organization established in 2021 and incorporated in 2022. Ms. Courtney earned a Bachelor's in Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica in 2018. With a deep commitment to community service, she has dedicated much of her career to supporting others. Ms. Courtney spent eight years working in the Emergency Department at Hennepin Health before transitioning to the Inpatient Psychiatry Department, where she provided one-on-one patient care, crisis intervention, and case management. Additionally, she volunteers at People Serving People, where she actively contributes to feeding and supporting the local community.
